This opening scene will be the horror genre.

The opening scene would be set in the woods, four kids will be situated around a campfire, these kids would be playing games and telling stories, then suddenly they hear a noise from the bushes, these bushes would be rustling loudly as if something is coming towards them. These kids out of reaction would all run in the same direction in the woods, then they would come across an abandoned building, this building is an old asylum.

This buildings backstory is that it has been out of commission for years, the four kids stop and stare at the building arguing about who's going to go in first, they then hear a devilish groan from the woods, which causes them to all at once run into the building. This building has a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere around it, the door then suddenly slams behind them.

This is how the opening scene would go, the rest of the narrative would majorly set inside this asylum where the four kids try find a way out, this starts of well until they notice that they are not alone. They soon find out that this building has a supernatural element to it, and they find out that the building is haunted, but at soon as they come to this conclusion of of the four goes missing, and a scream takes place soon after. 

This scream wouldcause the now 3 kids to argue about splitting up and how they know from watching horror movies that this never goes well. The 3 kids split up trying to find this kid, and the narrative is based around all the kids getting split up and facing their own challenges and worse fears whilst constantly seeing and experiencing supernatural events. Whilst finding clues around the origin of this building and why it's so active whilst in death.
